This allows you to buy the figure before it has been manufactured and/or made available for retail purchase by the vendor. Buying a pre-order item guarantees that you will be one of the first consumers to get their hands on this unique collectible once it is released to the public.

What is a pre-order figure?
A pre-order item is a collectible that is available for purchase before it is manufactured and launched in retail outlets. Pre-order figures are usually unique, high-demand, and exclusive collectibles that will be offered in limited quantities.
Can I cancel a pre-order purchase?
All pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase due to the manufacturing and financial commitment we have to make to our distributors. Pre-ordered items can only be canceled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, pre-order cancellations will be charged a 20% fee due to the financial commitment that we had to make to our vendor.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-order shipping dates are based on the information that is provided by the vendor. Pre-orders are shipped on a first-come-first-served basis, as soon as the items arrive in our warehouse. Target availability dates are provided by the vendor and subject to change based on their manufacturing and delivery schedule.
Please reference the Target Pre-Order Availability table below for the latest estimates. Availability dates are updated regularly based on production status and communications that we receive from our vendor.
What if my order contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item?
Mixed orders will not ship until all items in your order are available. We will hold your order containing pre-order and in-stock items until the pre-order is available for shipment. Please separate your orders if you want to receive an in-stock item immediately.

All availability dates are based on the vendor's manufacturing schedule and subject to change. The table below is an estimate and will be updated regularly with the latest shipping plan that is communicated to us by the vendor.
